Utilities tunnel

A tunnel system for utility networks is being designed in the City. The tunnel allows electricity, water, communications and other engineering networks to be placed and managed without breaking up the street surface. It is also planned to allocate land within the City for the main external utility systems — electricity, natural gas and water stations — and to start construction at the geodetic points.
