Development stages (2026–2030)

1. Foundation period (2026–2027). The first stage of the project is aimed at creating a solid foundation for the City: land levelling and preparing the internal roads; launching the main utility networks; placing the administrative centre first. 2. Peak of construction (2027–2028). Shaping the main part of the City and ensuring its functionality: building 300 multi-storey residential buildings step by step; building schools, kindergartens, universities, medical institutions, service and tourism facilities; creating an artificial island and parks. 3. Completion and operation (2028–2030). Handing over the internal roads for use, launching the social facilities at full capacity and handing the City over to the management company.
