Preliminary calculations for objects in the City area (as of 16 October 2026): • Total land area: 665 hectares. • Total objects: 2,888 (400 hectares). Of these, residential — 2,614 (214 ha), non-residential — 274 (186 ha). • Demolished objects: 1,773 (117 ha), compensation — UZS 359.9 billion. Of these, residential — 1,767 (115 ha, UZS 340.1 billion), non-residential — 6 (2 ha, UZS 19.8 billion). • Remaining objects: 1,115 (283 ha). Of these, residential — 847 (99 ha), non-residential — 268 (184 ha). Near-term plans: relocating the 34 houses slated for demolition at the future administrative centre site, in agreement with legal entities and individuals, and paying compensation.
