“Maxsus ta’mir qurilish kumushkent” residential complex

Client: “Maxsus ta’mir qurilish kumushkent” LLC. Chief designer: “MASTERPLAN 2022” LLC. General contractor: “Me’mor Alisher Kumushkent” LLC.

Land area: 1.85 hectares. Project cost: UZS 150 billion (own funds). Project capacity: 8,064 sq. m, 90 apartments, 4 buildings of 12–16 storeys. Jobs to be created: 25.

Construction began in August 2025; commissioning — 2028. Construction and installation work is 60 percent complete; 50 workers and 6 machines are working on site.
