Auction winner: a university campus is being built on a 9.31-hectare lot.

Client: Tashkent International University of Chemistry. Chief designer: “POWER IDEA DESIGN” LLC. General contractor: “STROY PROJECT GROUP” LLC.

Lot area: 9.31 hectares (project land area — 8.5 ha). Project cost: UZS 157 billion (funded by the university). Project capacity: 16,400 sq. m, a 9–10-storey building. Jobs to be created: 63.

Construction began on 1 April 2025; the first stage is to be commissioned on 1 September 2028. Construction and installation work is 35 percent complete; 70 workers and 8 machines are working on site.
